Delivering offshore equipment, ready for work.

We took on the challenge of completing major equipment refurbishment and maintenance works on behalf of one of our partners in Europe, ahead of works being delivered offshore Taiwan.

Managing a complex supply chain across five countries, simultaneously between three of our offices and operating around various COVID-19 pandemic restrictions, we designed work-packs to enable fast-track repairs and maintenance works to ensure a tight schedule was achieved.

Our scope of supply included fabrication works, electrical and mechanical testing of offshore grouting equipment and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) maintenance all within the space of a few weeks.

Failure to deliver on-time had the potential to hold up the mobilisation of a vessel costing the client hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Our teams navigated through working restrictions and border closures, engaging a workforce local to individual repair sites, consolidating all equipment together at our Singapore base for factory assurance testing prior to delivery to Malaysia.

Great achievement to have it so efficiently onboard! Client Project Engineer

With regular reports and daily meetings to manage and track progress, we delivered on-time and on-budget enabling the client to move on to the next phase of works. Failure was never an option.

Having completed this phase of work, we are now engaged on to the next, providing regional equipment management and personnel support for projects in Taiwan and Japan.
